These pictures were not staged. . .
We were getting ready to watch a movie {on the computer, since the DVD player is in storage} and this is what I saw, so I took a picture. How cute.
But it quickly turned into this.
I think we will all breathe a little easier once we can finally make up our minds and buy a house already!! We have one that we would really like to buy. It's a short sale so we have had to do a little extra research and number crunching first, but I think we are just about ready to make an offer. If they don't take it, we'll have to find something else fast, or else I'm not sure there will still be four of us left to move out...

Hey Melanie! I heard you were in town. My mom told me you were living in tight quarters until you find a house. Good luck with that! I hope that you're liking it here. We like it. Let me know if you need anything.
I think you should live there FOREVER! It'll make for many more fun blog posts. Seeing other people's kids in action sure is a comfort to me as a mother! Good luck with the house.
Oops! I was signed in as my husband. Shawn would make an awful mother.
i want to see a picture of you and bruce doing the same things as your kids are in those pictures!
Ohhh! Good luck with the short sale! I hope it moves more quickly for you than for us (we heard back on our offer after 5 months). Just be prepared to wait it out if you really want it! It's nice to have light at the end of the tunnel thought isn't it?!
Hang in there with those tight quarters!
I'm dying to know more about the archaic looking oven in the background of the first shot. It looks like my first apartment with Ian at WSU when we were living with another couple 'cause the $300 a month for rent (in a 2-bedroom, mind you) was just so expensive!
Where are you looking to buy?
I have that same couch in my house.
I laughed at the pictures. Funny and cute.
