Try to sell your house this summer and list it at 14% below what you bought it for (at best).
Drive 2400 miles with two small children and a gigantic moving truck.
Move into a 650 square foot 2 bedroom apartment with no dishwasher, washer/dryer or garage for an unspecified length of time.
Why do I ask? Only because we are doing *all* of these…Um, it sounded like a good idea at the time…

I've done several of those things...not fun, but lots of memories! :) 650 sq ft?!? that's brutal when you've been used to such a nice place...will you have most of your stuff in storage?
any one looking to rent in your cute little town? It is so sad that everyone is losing money on houses--every finance class I ever took they told you to buy a house as soon as you can so that you can "build wealth"--when do you think they will start rewriting the textbooks??? ;-)
By the way-i was going to say move into the small apartment because I thought maybe it would at least be easier to keep clean...but no dishwasher?? no I am stumped!
